Alice is a passionate sommelier, cider enthusiast, and dedicated voyager hailing from the picturesque region of Tuscany, Italy. With a profound expertise in sustainability at the corporate level and supply chain management, she navigates the intricate world of food, wine and cider with finesse and purpose.

While pursuing her professional endeavours, Alice found herself drawn to the intricate art of wine and cider making. Driven by her insatiable curiosity and dream to become a winemaker, she embarked on a journey to deepen her understanding of the industry, earning certification as a sommelier with Associazione Italiana Sommelier (AIS) and completing a master's program focused on biodynamics in winemaking with Cambium. This journey not only honed her expertise but also instilled in her a profound appreciation for the intricacies of sustainable practices and their impact on the environment.
